Son: James Longworth of Horwich, Yeoman.  Also named Samuel Greenhalgh, fustian weaver, of Horwich and Samuel Mason of Bolton, Reel maker, infra.  Dated 9th November 1742.

Henry Longworth of Halliwell, Yeoman, 1808

Wife: Margaret - annuity of £20 from leasehold messauges in Withnell.  Children as follows:
Exors: Revd. William Hampson of Little Hulton, Thomas Reed of Bury, Yeoman, son-in-law.  Dated 22nd August 1807.  Witnesses:  William Pendlebury, Joseph Wroe, Jeremiah Makinson.  Testator died 5th November 1807, Probate issued 22nd February 1808.  Codicil: £6 to Isaac, son of Mary Longworth of Heaton

Hugh Longworth of Blackrod, the Elder, Yeoman, 1745

Eldest son Hugh, already made various settlements, including "Joshua Longworth's house & croft".  Son Hugh owes £50 to be given to daughter Catherine.  Wife Sarah.  Daughter Catherine gets 'Ranson field' on lease to Ralph Fogg.  Son George Longworth, has wife called Hannah.  Signed 16th Jan 1742, witnesses: Thos. Ainscow, Edward Jolly and James [illeg.].  Probate issued 2nd August 1745.

Brother William Longworth - tenant rights to his dwelling house.  Sister Mary £150.  Owed £60 by nephew William Horrocks, owed £20 by nephew Christopher Horrocks, sons of late sister Ann.  Remainder of estate divided into quarters: (1) brother William, (2) sister Mary, (3) John Longworth, son of late brother Thomas Longworth, (4) shared between late sisters children; John, Mary, William, Christopher & Joseph.  Exors: John Longworth, son of late brother Thomas, John Longworth of Heaton (my cousin), John Horrocks of Anderton, John Longworth, son of my brother William.  Witnesses: Wm. Hulton, Wm. Alison, Oliver Ormerod.  Testator died July 4th 1813, probate issued 13th September 1813.
